Our Story
About Metro Maids
Montréal's queer-owned professional cleaning service - built on trust, inclusion, and a spotless clean.
Our Story
We built the service
we always wanted.
Metro Maids Montreal was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves a clean, comfortable home - and everyone deserves to feel safe and respected during the process.
As a queer-owned business rooted in Montréal, we understand what it means to want a space that feels like yours. We've built our team and our values around that.
Every Metro Maids cleaner is thoroughly vetted, trained in-house, and shares our commitment to professionalism, respect, and inclusion - no exceptions.

What We Stand For
Our Values
Inclusion First
Every client, every cleaner - respected, valued, and welcomed. Discrimination has no place here.
Safety & Trust
Fully insured, background-checked, and trained. Your home is safe with us.
Consistent Quality
We train every cleaner to our exacting standards. If something's not right, we make it right - free.
Community-First
We're part of the Montréal queer community, not just serving it. We give back and show up.
Our LGBTQ+ Promise
Metro Maids is proudly queer-owned and operated. We actively build a team that reflects our community, including LGBTQ+ identified cleaners. All team members are trained in inclusive language, pronoun respect, and creating a welcoming experience.
